El-Digi was one of the first companies to make fully automatic drum filling system for NPLC way back in 1995. The automatic drum filler is designed for automatic filling of 200 Liters steel or plastics drums and can be customized for smaller capacities as well.
The Machine is operated by highly sophisticated PLC (PLC of user’s preference), weight controller, Pneumatics and fully imported or equivalent electronics.
The process involves automatic positioning of drums, de-bunging and bunging station, bung sealing unit, nitrogen purging (optional) and liquid filling unit. The system can also be customized for specialized applications after a thorough study of the applications, material properties and installation environment.
There are many other options, the system can be customized for any type of materials, weather the material is crystallizing, filled at specific temperature, free flowing or highly viscose our system can be customized for any applications.

Our Fully Automatic drum filler is designed for high output and low space requirements. No special foundation is necessary, although basic hard flooring is required. The system can be combined with any type of conveyor or palletizing unit for input and exit conveyors.
