Semi-Automatic Drum Filling System - Subsurface Filler
Empty drums are manually positioned to the filling unit, and then automatically filled by the system. All operations other then filling is manual.
The Semi-Automatic Subsurface filler is capable of handling filling of liquids from 1cp to 70,000cp. Weather your material is crystallizing or filled at specific temperature, our Semi-Automatic drum filling system can be customized to meet any specific requirements your application may demand.
The Semi-Automatic Subsurface filler is equipped with PLC and Subsurface full SS filling head. As a unique feature the system is equipped with analog output form special devise to control the withdrawal based on actual material level therefore avoiding foaming and unrequited dipping of filling head in material.
One can also select from our optional equipments such as bunging tool, capping tool, drum rotator, gravity or powered conveyor and touch screen user control device for user friendly operations.
The Semi-Automatic Subsurface filler can be manufactured in mild steel or full stainless steel to, it can be painted by enamel paint or powder coated. Our machine can also be fitted with mass flow meter for complete assured filling accuracy.
